### What is $NB?

$NB is the foundational asset of Nubila’s Physical Perception Layer, enabling the creation, validation, and coordination of real-world data streams that feed AI and decentralized markets.

### Token Utilities

 1\. Data Access & Consumption

 • Enterprise clients, AI agents, and dApps pay in tokens to access Nubila’s verified, real-time physical data feeds (weather, air quality, pollen, etc.).

 • Tokens are used for API subscriptions, on-chain oracle feeds, and vertical data kits (e.g., agriculture, energy, health).

 2\. Network Participation & Incentives

 • Device owners earn tokens by deploying and operating Nubila sensors, contributing verified data to the network (DePIN model).

 • Validator node operators stake and earn tokens for verifying and securing the network’s physical data layer.

 3\. Governance & Protocol Upgrades

 • Token holders can propose and vote on protocol parameters, new device rollouts, incentive structures, and ecosystem integrations.

 4\. Staking & Security

 • Tokens are staked by nodes and data consumers for quality assurance and access priority, with slashing for malicious behavior.

 5\. Premium Features & SDK Access

 • Developers and AI agent builders pay in tokens to access advanced SDK features, historical datasets, and high-frequency data streams.
